SGTM Real Estate
Founded in 2006, the real estate arm of SGTM leverages significant land assets across several cities in the Kingdom and aspires to become a major player in Morocco's real estate development. Whether it's residential, beachfront, or leisure properties, the number of completed and ongoing projects is growing and includes :
- The "Jumeirah Group" luxury hotel program in Marrakech, consisting of 3 luxury hotels, 50 villas, a golf course, and a polo field
- A program of 1,000 mid-range apartments in the new city of Tamesna and equally in Fez
- The hotel establishment at the Port-Lixus seaside resort in Larache
- The new tourist resort of the Biladi Plan in Mehdia
SGTM Energy
The recent establishment of our energy subsidiary is part of Law 13-09 aimed at developing the renewable energy sector in Morocco and encouraging private initiatives in this field. SGTM Energy's mission includes :
- Production, marketing, and distribution of electricity, renewable energies (wind, solar, hydraulic), and bioenergies
- Management of electricity distribution and transmission networks for low, medium, high, and very high voltage
- Design, construction, operation, and maintenance of energy distribution networks
- Engineering, construction, and installation of cogeneration and renewable energy production units

Inheriting the expertise of a family of builders, Novacim is a 100% Moroccan construction materials company committed to contributing to building today's Morocco.
